Pol Roger is one of Champagne’s most respected houses, founded in Epernay in 1849 and still family-owned today. This Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru villages of the Cote des Blancs. The wine is aged for six years in deep chalk cellars before release, allowing richness and finesse to develop in equal measure.
