Glen Grant Launches New Glasshouse Whisky Collection
Whisky aficionados around the world have something new to celebrate with the launch of the Glen Grant Glasshouse Collection. A new, limited-edition series comprising of three single malts. Glen Grant 21-Year-Old, Glen Grant 25-Year- Old and Glen Grant 30-Year-Old.
Glen Grant Distillery, nestled in the heart of Speyside, has a storied history dating back to 1840. Founded by brothers John and James Grant, the distillery quickly gained a reputation for producing high-quality, smooth, and elegant whiskies.
James Grant loved to travel and journeyed all around the World bringing back with him rare flowers and plants from his travels which he kept safe in the Victorian glasshouse in the distillery’s historic gardens. The Glen Grant Glasshouse collection whiskies represent different parts of the day in this glasshouse.
The Glasshouse collection marks a significant milestone for the distillery. Not only because the three malts being released are some of the oldest expressions the distillery has released but because they will be the last whiskies bottled by Master Distiller extraordinaire Dennis Malcolm OBE, who after six decades in the whisky world will be retiring and passing the baton over to his successor, Greig Stables.
Speaking on the launch, Greig Stables said: “Working alongside Dennis for nearly two decades has been an incredible journey and I’m deeply grateful for his insight and guidance. As I become Master Distiller, I carry with me the lessons learned and the guiding vision imparted on this journey. I’m honoured to lead The Glen Grant into this new chapter and am excited and enthused for what is to come. Now as we introduce these rare and aged whiskies, I am thrilled we can showcase how exceptionally The Glen Grant spirit ages over time, maintaining its character and integrity. In honour of the launch and the legacy of Dennis, I’d like to raise a toast to him with our Double Gold award-winning 25-year-old.”
All three bottles have matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and ex-oloroso cask before bottled at 46% ABV. Each expression will be released annually.
Glen Grant 21-Year-Old is rich and full-bodied. Enjoy layers of toffee, dark chocolate, and ripe figs, complemented by a gentle touch of oak and spice.

Glen Grant 25-Year-Old is an exceptional addition to the Glen Grant family is the first time in its long and storied history that they have released a 25-year-old single malt. Limited to just 800 bottles worldwide, with only 100 available in the UK, this release is set to become a highly sought-after collector's item.
