Orders

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes you can. Simply add the address you'd like your order to be sent to in the 'Delivery Details' section.

I want to send a gift but do not want the recipient to receive an invoice?

We are a paperless company, all invoices and order details will be via email.

Can I add a gift message to the order?

Ofcourse! We offer a free gift message service. Simply add your message in the 'Gift Message' section on the checkout page.

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service. We want to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition and we are unable to pack your order safely without risking damaging the gift wrapping.

Delivery

What Couriers Do You Use?

We use trusted, nationwide couriers to ensure your parcels are well looked after from when they leave us and arrive to you.

For expedited order we use DPD and for all other orders we use Royal Mail. All orders are fully tracked from warehouse to front door.

How will I know when my order is arriving?

As soon as our warehouse team has safely packed your order and dispatched it you will receive an email with your tracking details.

On the day of delivery you will be given a two hour time slot for when your parcel will be delivered.

What happens to my order if i'm not there to receive it?

If you are not in when our couriers attempt delivery fear not, we will try again the next day. If we are again unsuccessful we will deliver your order to the nearest courier collection points.


Alternatively, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a neighbour or change the delivery date to suit you.
