Founded in 1906 in the Grand Cru village of Ay, Lallier has spent more than a century refining its approach to Champagne making. The House focuses on expressing the distinct character of its terroir through thoughtful, modern winemaking rooted in tradition.

Today, Cellar Master and General Manager Dominique Demarville leads the Lallier team. With over two decades of experience at some of Champagne’s most respected houses, Dominique brings technical expertise and a contemporary vision to the brand. His work focuses on precision, balance, and clarity of expression in every cuvée, while continuing to evolve Lallier’s sustainable and responsible practices.
