Placing An Order

Can I order over the phone?

We kindly asked all initial orders to go directly throuhg our website for payment security. Once an initiail order has been made you can order by telephone on 01432 357872.

Our office is open Monday-Friday (9-5pm)

What is the latest I can order to get it next day?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are processed that day. For next working day orders please ensure all orders are placed before 2pm and you have selected the next working day shipping service. If you are ordering on a Friday, you will have to select the Saturday shipping option.

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes, at the checkout simply add the shipping address you would like to send your order and then add the billing address below.

I'd like to send a gift, can I add a gift message?

Ofcourse! We offer a free gift messaging service. At the checkout you will be able to add you personal message to be added to you order.

Fear not, no invoicing gets added to the order.

Receiving An Order

What Packaging Do You Use?

Our boxes are made of 100% recyclable cardboard and we only used recycled plastic when needed. Our dedicated team ensure all orders are packed securely for transit and arrive in a timely fashion.

What Couriers Do You Use?

We use trusted, nationwide couriers to ensure your parcels are well looked after from when they leave us and arrive to you.

For expedited order we use DPD and for all other orders we use Royal Mail. All orders are fully tracked from warehouse to front door.

What happens if my parcel lost or damaged?

In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost in transit we will issue a replacement as soon as we can.

We strive for all our customers to receive their orders in flawless condition; however, damages can sometimes happen. If you believe there is a fault with an item you've received, please notify us promptly by contacting us.

We are committed to resolving any issues with faulty items as swiftly as possible, but it's crucial that you inform us as soon as you discover the fault to facilitate a prompt resolution.
