Olivier Pere & Fils Cuvee Origine Brut NV Champagne

Complex and well-developed. Fresh and balanced. 80% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir.

Light gold in colour. On the nose, raspberry pastry, red apple and candied lemon. Creamy on the palate, with small, persistent bubbles. Clean, fresh and well-balanced, with plenty of tangy red fruit, juicy apple, brioche and a touch of limestone. A full, rounded, long finish packed with ripe apples.
