Born in the heart of Provence, Selladore Provence Rose (formerly known as Maison Williams Chase Rose) is a wine that captures the essence of the French Riviera in every glass. Produced at the Chateau de Selladore estate near Aix-en-Provence, this beautifully pale rose is made by the team behind Chase Distillery, blending British flair with French tradition to create a wine that is as refined as it is refreshing.

The Selladore vineyard enjoys the classic Provencal climate - sun-drenched days, cool nights, and limestone-rich soils—which allows the grapes to ripen slowly and develop finesse. Crafted from a delicate blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle (Vermentino), this rose shows off Provence's signature pale blush hue with crystalline clarity.

• On the nose, it’s bright and aromatic with wild strawberry, white peach, and citrus blossom, while the palate is clean, crisp, and dry, offering flavours of red berries, grapefruit, and a hint of mineral salinity.
