Coeur de Nature, the first 100% organic cuvee from Champagne Devaux, is the result of a demanding environmental approach that has been in place for several decades in the heart of the vineyards of the Cote des Bar of Champagne Devaux.
- The nose is very fresh, reminiscent of biscuits. Beautifully ripe, with aromas of bergamot, dried apricots and dried flowers
- The attack in the mouth is tonic and slightly saline. A crisp, crunchy wine, reminiscent of ripe flesh such as Anjou pear or mandarin orange
- A fresh and very salivating finish
