The Brut Vintage 2015 from Champagne Pol Roger is from the traditional house vintage blend of 60% pinot noir and 40% chardonnay. Coming from 20 Grands and Premiers crus vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Cote des Blancs.
Producing only in limited quantities. The Brut vintage 2015 has been ageing in Pol Roger cellars before disgorging and releasing onto the market.
- Tightly knit on the nose. Notes of lemon peel, grapefruit and white flowers
- The palate is rich and sumptuous, with hints of pastry and toasted creaminess
- Perfectly balanced with a fresh acidity and salinity that makes for a lengthy finish
