This rose Champagne is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier from top sites across the Champagne region. Grapes are sourced from the Montagne de Reims, the Vallee de la Marne and the southern slopes of Epernay. Billecart-Salmon, founded in 1818, is a family-run house based in Mareuil-sur-Ay, known for its luxury champagne.
The wine is vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel and aged on lees for 36 months. A small portion of Pinot Noir is vinified as red wine, giving the cuvee its pale pink hue. The dosage is Extra Brut, providing a dry, crisp palate.
