Penfolds X Thienot Brut Champagne

Since 2019, Penfolds has partnered with family-owned Champagne House Thienot to create a limited release range celebrating 175 years of Penfolds’ craftsmanship and pioneering spirit. This collaboration brings together Australian winemaking heritage and French Champagne expertise, honouring Penfolds’ historic ties to France where the vision for Grange first began.

Champagne through a Penfolds lens, this Cuvee Brut NV is crafted from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay sourced from top vineyards across the Champagne region. Made using traditional methods by Champagne Thienot, the result is a refined, balanced expression with freshness, finesse, and depth.

• Bright and floral on the nose with notes of white petals, chamomile, and citrus blossom.
• The palate is vibrant and layered, bursting with flavours of lemon meringue tart, raspberry pastille, and nougat, balanced by a lively acidity and fine mousse.
• Subtle hints of roasted nuts and vanilla linger on the finish, leaving an impression of precision and poise.
