Dom Perignon Plenitude series showcases the multiple stages, or “plenitudes” of maturity and ageing Champagne undergoes. Dom Perignon P2 undergoes a longer ageing period of roughly 15 years on the lees.

The 2004 vintage has all the hallmark maturity and elegance that has become Dom Perignon’s signature. Enjoy notes of cocoa, brioche and honey leading on to an exceptionally balanced palate with persistent acidity.
