Bowmore Whisky Deep In The Vaults Cocktail

Sherry and Scotch pair well, both through casks during sherry’s aging process and in cocktails, where the Fortified Wine adds complexity without sweetness.

Vessel: Rocks glass
Ice: Cubed (for stirring)
Garnish: Orange twist and salted fudge

Ingredients:
50ml Bowmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
15ml Oloroso sherry
15ml Benedictine
Pinch of smoked salt

Method:
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass.
Stir for 25 seconds and string into a chilled coupette.
Garnish with an orange twist

Comments:
Add a small cube of salted fudge on the side for a prefect serve.
