Zuccardi Tito Malbec Cabernet Franc
Made in Paraje Altamira in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, Argentina, this red wine combines Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards with stony, calcareous soils. The cool growing conditions help preserve freshness and allow the character of the fruit and vineyard to come through.
The grapes are fermented with native yeasts in concrete vessels, with the wine matured in concrete and large French oak barrels. This approach preserves the fruit’s purity while adding structure, savoury complexity and subtle spice.
