Crafted from 100% organically grown Fiano, Zensa Organic Puglia Fiano is a vibrant white wine that showcases the character of one of southern Italy's finest native grape varieties. Sourced from low-yielding organic vineyards in the Salento area of Puglia, the grapes are harvested by hand during the cool early morning hours to preserve their freshness and aromatic intensity. Fermentation in stainless steel followed by a short period on the lees enhances the wine's purity, texture and crisp finish.

The result is a fresh, expressive white bursting with tropical fruit, delicate florals and lively acidity. Unoaked and beautifully balanced, it is an ideal aperitif or partner to Mediterranean cuisine.
