Ventisquero Grey Glacier Chardonnay 

This single-block Chardonnay is grown in the Tapihue Vineyard in Chile’s Casablanca Valley, a region known for cool-climate whites. Ventisquero is a family-owned winery producing wines from all corners of Chile, with a strong focus on sustainability. Grapes are hand-harvested and selected under the direction of winemaker Felipe Tosso.

Fermentation is split between French oak barrels and stainless steel to balance richness with fruit purity. The wine is aged on lees for twelve months with regular battonage to build texture and aromatic complexity. It is suitable for vegetarians and made entirely from estate-grown fruit.
