This field blend from Marlborough’s Southern Valleys is made by Vandal, a collective known for bold, unconventional wines. Grapes are hand-harvested and barrel-fermented with wild yeast, then aged six months on lees for added depth. The wine is unfined, unfiltered and vegan.
