Sandeman Unfiltered LBV Port

An exceptional Late Bottled Vintage Port from Portugal’s Douro Valley, Sandeman's LBV is made from the finest harvest wines. Aged for four years in oak casks before bottling unfiltered, it preserves the depth and intensity of a single-harvest wine. Sandeman, a name synonymous with quality since 1790, continues its legacy of crafting Ports with remarkable structure and character.

This outstanding LBV Port pairs beautifully with rich chocolate desserts, enhancing their depth with dark fruit notes and smooth tannins. Red fruit tarts highlight its vibrant berry character, while strong cheeses like Stilton or aged Cheddar create a luxurious contrast. Serve at 16°C-18°C and decant if aged beyond two years to fully appreciate its complexity. If stored for a long time, sediment may form, so careful decanting is recommended.

While ready to drink now, it will reach its peak in 10-15 years, continuing to develop complexity. Store horizontally in a cool, dark place.
