Noval Black is a blend of wines (Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cao and Sousao). An average of 2 to 3 years ageing in wooden and stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness.
- Deep ruby red in colour, this wine offers an inviting bouquet of dark fruits like blackberries, black cherries, and plums, layered with cocoa, spice, and a hint of tobacco.
- On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with flavours of ripe blackberries, plums, dark chocolate, and a touch of black pepper.
- Balanced by integrated tannins and refreshing acidity, it finishes long and harmoniously.
Enjoy with dark chocolate or simply drink chilled, used also as a cocktail ingredient.
