Pulenta Estate Gran Cabernet Franc XI
Based at Alto Agrelo in Mendoza. Pulenta own 135 hectares including large plots in the regions of Lujan de Cuyo and the Uco Valley. Situated over 3000 feet above sea level, tempers the Mendoza heat and makes for more refined and balanced wines from the vineyards.
Fermentation takes place in a mix of stainless steel, roll fermenters and oak barrels. Aged in French oak for 18 months.
