Château Trianon is a 14.5-hectare estate in Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux, owned by Dominique Hebrard since 2000. He previously co-owned Château Cheval Blanc. Pavillon de Trianon Blanc is the estate’s second wine, offering excellent value from a respected Bordeaux producer.
This organic white Bordeaux is made from 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon. The vines average 35 years old, contributing depth and character to the fruit. Grapes are hand-picked, with partial fermentation in oak barrels.
