Oliver's Yarlington Mill Bottle Conditioned Sparkling Fine Cider is a rich, ripe cider with a lively sparkle. Expect aromas and flavours of ripe, red apple, and clove, vanilla and nutmeg spice. The soft tannin and generous mousse provides a lovely texture.
Pair with scallops, fish and chips, tarte tatin, or ripe cheeses.
