This small 25-acre estate has been making wine for six generations and is on top of its game, thanks to the efforts of brother and sister team, Daniel and Christine Chaussy. The estate follows biodynamic practices and received organic certification in 2012.

- Aromas and flavours of red plum, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, tangy lime, mint, fennel, and a salty minerality.
