Caroline Lestime is one of the rising stars of Burgundy. While still making wine at her father's Domain Jean-Noel Gagnard, she began Maison Caroline Lestime in 2016 to enable her to make her own mark in a male-dominated world. Based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Caroline buys in grapes from a variety of small parcels and vinifies them separately to retain a true expression of their terroir. She barrel-ferments her whites and ages them on the lees with very little bâtonnage.
A rich, creamy Chassagne-Montrachet at peak maturity with beautiful acidity.
