This biodynamic Viognier comes from the Collines Rhodaniennes in the northern Rhône, just outside the Condrieu appellation. M. Chapoutier is one of the Rhône Valley’s most respected producers, known for championing biodynamic farming and terroir transparency.
Fruit is hand-harvested from granite-rich soils and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel for nine months. The result is a precise, expressive wine that captures the spirit of its origin without oak influence.
