A superb example of Rhone Valley wine. This organic red wine from Crozes-Hermitage is made entirely from Syrah grapes. Growing on the alluvial soils of Mercurol, Pont de l'Isere, and Beaumont Monteux. Crafted by M. Chapoutier, one of France’s most respected producers, it showcases the finesse, elegance, and character typical of this prestigious appellation.

Hand and mechanically harvested grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months, primarily in concrete vats to preserve the purity of the fruit.
