From the cool-climate Elgin Valley, this Chardonnay reflects Burgundian elegance shaped by South Africa’s unique terroir. The Wilson family, with three generations of Cape winemaking heritage, crafts wines alongside Master of Wine Richard Kershaw.
Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed before fermentation begins in stainless steel, then moves to French oak barriques. Ten months on fine lees and gentle battonage create a creamy mid-palate while preserving vibrant acidity.
