This white Burgundy is made from Chardonnay grown in Rully, a village in the Cote Chalonnaise known for elegant, mineral-driven wines. Jean-Charles Fagot is a fifth-generation winemaker based in Corpeau, just outside Chassagne-Montrachet, with deep family roots in the region.
He farms sustainably and vinifies traditionally, using native yeasts and ageing the wine for 12 months in French oak barrels. Production is small, with only 3,000 bottles made each year.
