A vibrant 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, crafted to express the distinctive flinty minerality and aromatic precision of the Pouilly-Fume appellation. The 2023 vintage reflects a fresh, expressive style shaped by the region’s diverse soils, including clay-limestone, sand and flint.
Produced by Domaine Hubert Brochard, this wine is matured for around four months in stainless steel to preserve its purity, crisp acidity and bright fruit character, resulting in a clean and expressive Loire white.
