Celebrating 100 years of Suntory whisky. This limited-edition Hibiki 21 year old is the perfect homage to 100 extraordinary years of whisky making and heritage. Breaking from the traditional cask maturation Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo used Mizunara oak to mark this milestone and to pay respect to the rich Japanese heritage.
- Greeting you on the nose are notes of sweet jasmine florals, kumquat and subtle spice
- The palate opens with more subtle sweet florals, sandalwood and spices on the palate
- The finish is long and persistent with lashings of Mizunara woodiness
