Domaine Vacheron is one of Sancerre’s most respected producers, known for biodynamic farming and single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. Les Romains is grown on pure flint soils from a south-facing site planted over 40 years ago. This wine is among the domaine’s most age-worthy and mineral-driven bottlings.
Fermented with native yeasts and aged in large wooden tanks, the wine is bottled unfiltered. No synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyard. Certified organic and biodynamic, the wine reflects its terroir with clarity and precision.
