Domaine De La Motte Jarden Du Cure Chablis

A refined white wine from the heart of Burgundy, crafted in the renowned Chablis region. Sourced from a tiny 1.5-hectare vineyard planted on Kimmeridgian soils. The vines average 40 years in age, producing just 9,000 bottles annually.

South and south-east facing slopes ensure optimal sun exposure, allowing the grapes to develop rich flavours and perfect balance. Fermented at a controlled 18°C, the wine is them aged for nine months. Ageing is split between stainless steel (66%) and 600-litre oak casks (33%). This creates a wine that sits elegantly between the freshness of Petit Chablis and the complexity of a classic Chablis.
