Bernard Moreau Bourgogne Chardonnay
This white Burgundy is made from Chardonnay grown on varied terroirs around Mancey, Vers and Jugy in southern Burgundy. Bernard Moreau farms nearly seven hectares on his own, producing wines with freshness and regional character. A portion of the wine is fermented in new 400-litre barrels, with the rest in tank. Ageing in barrels this size preserves the clarity of the wine, while adding subtle depth.
