This white Burgundy is made from Chardonnay grown in Chassagne-Montrachet, part of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy. Domaine Bachey-Legros is a family-run estate with roots in the 19th century and a focus on old vines. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, then aged in French oak barrels for up to 15 months. Lees ageing adds richness and depth.
