A precise and mineral-driven white Burgundy wine from the elevated slopes of Maranges in the southern Cote d Or. Domaine Bachelet-Monnot, led by brothers Marc and Alexandre Bachelet, combines traditional Burgundian techniques with a modern, low-intervention approach.
The fruit is organically farmed, hand-harvested, and fermented with native yeasts before ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months. This Premier Cru Chardonnay is unoaked in style, allowing the vineyard’s limestone-rich soils to express themselves fully.
