This South African blend combines old vine Semillon from Franschhoek with Sauvignon Blanc grown on high-altitude Stellenbosch slopes. Wildeberg champions minimal intervention, wild fermentation and coarse filtration to preserve vineyard character and regional expression.
Semillon is barrel fermented in French and Austrian oak for ten months, while Sauvignon Blanc rests on gross lees in stainless steel. The result is a textured, complex wine with vibrant freshness and layered depth.
