The Cartuxa Pera-Manca Tinto is a distinguished red wine produced by the Adega Cartuxa under the Fundacao Eugenio de Almeida in the Alentejo region of Portugal. Renowned for its exceptional quality, Pera-Manca is crafted only in years when the harvest meets the highest standards.

After destemming and gentle crushing, fermentation occurs in French oak vats at controlled temperatures, followed by an extended post-fermentation maceration. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and further matured in bottles within the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery.
