Both known for their clay limestone soils ideal for producing quality Cabernet Franc. The fruit is harvested entirely by hand to preserve freshness and integrity. Then gently pressed shortly after picking to ensure a clean, precise base wine.
Crafted using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and ageing on lees for a minimum of 18 months.
