An elegant, restrained and drier style of Moscato, this is subtly nuanced with crisp green apple, crunchy pear, spices, peach, sherbet, blossom, lemon curd and marzipan, all of which is kept fresh by a delicate spritz. It’s like bottled summer sunshine combined with the refreshment of a cold shower. Magical with desserts like as lemon meringue, pavlova, cheesecake or fruit salad; perfect for picnics or decadent breakfasts at 5.5%; and a surprisingly excellent match to spicy and umami cuisines from places such as Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia. This wine is also vegan friendly.
