Expertly crafted from hand-picked fruit, House of Arras Vintage Rose showcases the finest Tasmanian Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Whole cluster pressed, with the ‘heart’ juice fermented in 10.8% new French oak barriques. This sparkling wine spends up to six months in oak before blending and tirage. 100% malolactic fermentation enhances its silky texture, while the addition of carbonic-macerated Pinot Noir expedition liqueur boosts vibrant colour and red berry intensity.
