A refined sparkling rosé from the Prosecco DOC in Veneto, blending Glera and Pinot Noir with regional precision. Produced by Adria Vini, a joint venture of Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero established in 2003, the wine reflects careful grape selection and meticulous winemaking. Hand-harvested at optimum ripeness, the grapes undergo gentle pressing, slow stainless steel fermentation, and a second fermentation in pressure tanks where the wine spends two months on lees. This process produces a fresh and elegant wine with balanced acidity, perfect for sipping alone or with light appetizers.
