Alasia Moscato D'Asti

This semi-sparkling dessert wine originates from the Monferrato hills in Piemonte, northern Italy. Crafted by the respected Araldica co-operative, the wine reflects the unique character of the region’s limestone-clay soils and the expertise of growers who cultivate vines averaging 30 years in age. Grown at altitudes between 250 and 400 metres, the Moscato Bianco grapes are carefully hand-harvested from early September to capture optimal freshness. Fermentation occurs in pressure tanks under strict temperature control, and is intentionally stopped early by chilling and filtration. This process preserves natural sweetness and ensures a low alcohol level of just 5%, delivering a fresh and aromatic wine that balances sweetness with refreshing acidity.
