A By Arras Tasmania Sparkling Brut Cuvee NV 75cl
A By Arras Tasmania Sparkling Brut Cuvee
Crafted from hand-selected fruit across Tasmania’s premium cool-climate regions - Pipers River, Derwent Valley, and Tamar Valley. A By Arras showcases the finesse and elegance of the island’s sparkling wine terroir. The vineyards benefit from long summer daylight hours and maritime influences, producing grapes with slow, even ripening and exceptional flavour concentration.
This cuvee is a blend of the classic sparkling varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier. Made using the transfer method, it combines pristine fruit character with a fine, delicate mousse. After spending at least three years on lees in the bottle, the wine undergoes disgorgement and blending, followed by additional ageing in tank and six more months in bottle.
- Pale straw with a golden sheen, the bouquet offers a complex mix of forest floor, nougat, exotic spices, and lanolin
- On the palate, opulent layers of lychee, sautéed mushroom, natural yoghurt, and fresh oyster unfold, all carried by elegant structure, vibrant freshness
- Long, persistent finish
Perfect with fresh oysters, shellfish, lightly seared scallops, sushi, or creamy cheeses. It also pairs beautifully with dishes featuring delicate seafood sauces, poultry, or roasted vegetables.
