Vista Alegre 40 Year Old White Port is a distinguished Portuguese fortified wine produced by Vallegre Vinhos do Porto SA. This exceptional port is a blend of indigenous white grape varieties, including Gouveio, Rabigato, Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, and Moscatel Galego.
- The wine exhibits a golden-amber hue with greenish tinges, indicative of its extensive ageing process.
- The nose offers an intense bouquet of nougat, citrus zest, coffee, and mint, with subtle hints of caramel and dried fruits.
- On the palate, it is silky and full-bodied, delivering flavours of orange spice, honey, and a touch of toffee. The palate is vibrant and complex, balanced by pronounced acidity and a long, persistent finish.
