This Japanese single malt whisky is a limited 2024 release from Yamazaki, Japan’s oldest malt distillery. It forms part of the highly respected Tsukuriwake series, which explores ingredient-led whisky making. This expression focuses on barley selection, using Golden Promise, a heritage grain famed in classic Scotch.

The spirit was distilled in 2009 at the Yamazaki distillery near Kyoto. Maturation took place entirely in American oak casks. These casks enhance vanilla richness while preserving clarity and fruit definition.
