This Chardonnay is sourced from Nurringa Park Vineyard on the Bellarine Peninsula, just one kilometre from the coast. Mulline Vintners, founded by Ben Mullen and Ben Hine, focus on small-batch wines that highlight Geelong’s subregional diversity.
Fruit is handpicked and wild fermented with full solids, then aged in French oak for eight months. Partial malolactic fermentation adds butteriness, while the coastal site brings freshness and minerality. The wine is vegan-friendly and made from organically farmed grapes. It is savoury, medium-bodied and built to reflect its maritime terroir.
