This is a flagship blend from Alentejo, combining Antao Vaz, Arinto and Roupeiro grapes from 15–25-year-old vines. The estate, founded in 1973, is a pioneer in sustainable winemaking and one of Portugal’s largest organic producers.
Seventy percent of the wine ferments in stainless steel, while the remainder matures in new French and American oak barriques. Six months on fine lees adds creamy texture and complexity without losing freshness.
