Kopke Colheita Port 2001 is a distinguished single-harvest wine crafted with care and aged in oak casks for a minimum of seven years, often much longer. It remains in barrel until the moment it's deemed ready for bottling, guided by market timing and maturity.

• In the glass, it presents a rust-toned ruby hue with a tawny rim.
• The aroma is layered and expressive, revealing notes of raspberry, dried raisins, toffee, cherry lozenge, and a touch of mocha.
• On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, dry, and warmly textured, with a bright streak of acidity that balances the richness. Flavours of strawberry, citrus zest, subtle pecan, and gentle tannins unfold smoothly.
• The finish is long, retaining a whisper of spirit warmth.

Serving slightly chilled between 12–14°C - brings out its full elegance and complexity.
