A perfect expression of the Noval tawny port style. It has classical attributes of an old tawny port, whilst retaining the freshness and fruit of its youth.
The grapes at Quinta do Noval are trodden by foot to obtain the must. Then, during fermentation, they continue crushing in the Quinta's traditional stone presses.
