This Tequila Blanco from Pueblo Viejo is made from 100% agave at San Matias, one of the oldest distilleries in Jalisco, Mexico, which is over 130 years old.
A clear and bright tequila with a bluish tinge. Green apple and citrus notes. A caramel flavour of cooked agave and a rich blend of sweet fruit with a touch of citrus. A touch of spice on a lengthy and pleasant finish.
Bottled straight from the still, this unaged Tequila is full of robust agave flavours, certainly ideal for cocktails.
